Refund policy
Overview of the refund and return process:
- There is a problem with your order. Take photos of the package as it arrived and the issue.
- Email us at judy@judywinsor.com with proof of purchase, and photographic proof of the issue with your order, and your desired outcome.
- We will decide whether to approve your return or offer another solution within 2-3 business days.
- If your return is approved we will email you a return shipping label within 24 hours.
- You re-package, label, and ship your return to the address we provided.
- When we receive it we will inspect the issue and email you to let you know when we issue your refund. (Usually within 2-5 business days.)
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method on file for your order. Allow time for your credit card or bank to process the changes.
Refunds and returns are accepted only in the case of unexpected damage to a product, defective items, or if the wrong product was received.
Lost purchases due to incorrect address or delivery information are non-refundable. You must provide photographic proof, when requested, of your reason for a refund or return to the seller at judy@judywinsor.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This email will be sent within 3-5 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (if any). You’ll also need the receipt or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at judy@judywinsor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should first email judy@judywinsor.com for the address you should ship your returned goods to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take pictures of the packaging if it arrives damaged before you open it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
