Stickers & Materials
Do you use generative AI to create your stickers?
No—all of my products are hand drawn by me. I have a degree in Illustration and use mostly digital tools like Procreate to draw my art. Sometimes I sketch on paper first, but not always. The one exception is a zine I wrote called Cloverchip Crossing. I used an AI chatbot to help edit and organize the text. I did not have anyone else available to help me with that part and it was a new type of challenging project for me. The ideas, story, and art are all original to me. AI simply helped me polish the project up and make it a reality. This fact is disclosed in the listing and in the zine itself.
I will add: I do use AI to help write my listing descriptions. This part is simply very tedious for me and it's a lot faster this way. As I have zero help running this store, this helps me bring more new products to the shop in an efficient manner. All text is always proofread for accuracy by me.
I stand strongly against the way many AI models scrape copywritten art without permission. I stand with artists and the protection of their unique creative works. While it is sometimes hard to know for sure, I also strive to only buy original work created by real artists, as a consumer. That said, I understand AI in general has some positive applications in some specific contexts. So I do not stand against all AI in all places. But to create and profit off of it's generated art is not something I support.
What materials are your stickers made from?
Die-cut stickers: Waterproof vinyl with various finishes (such as glossy or smooth). Durable and dishwasher-safe with care.
Planner stickers: Printed on premium bright white matte sticker paper. Please note: these are not removable. You can write on them with gel pens, fineliners, or ballpoint pens (fountain pen ink may feather).
Are your stickers waterproof or weather-resistant?
Yes—my die-cut stickers are waterproof and resistant to most weather conditions.
For maximum durability, choose stickers in the “bumper sticker” category, which are designed to withstand tougher conditions.
Do you take custom design requests?
Yes! For pricing and quotes, please email me at judy@judywinsor.com with as much detail as possible about what you’re looking for.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Most sticker, notepad, postcard, washi tape, zine, and Post-it orders are processed within 48 hours.
Specialty items like clothing and some home goods are print-on-demand and may have longer processing times—please see the product page for current estimates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! International shipping options will appear at checkout (availability and pricing vary by destination).
Are there any countries you do not ship to?
Yes. Due to EU VAT and packaging regulations, I’m currently unable to ship orders placed on my website to the European Union, including Germany.
I’m also unable to ship to EEA member states at this time.
Available shipping destinations are always shown at checkout.
Can customers track their orders?
Some smaller sticker orders ship without tracking, but you can usually upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
Orders over $100 always ship with tracking.
Why do you need my email address and phone number at checkout?
A valid email address is required so I can send your order confirmation, receipt, and any shipping or issue updates.
A valid phone number may be required for delivery purposes (especially for carriers and international shipments) in case your package needs coordination or has an address issue.
Do you include freebies with orders?
Yes! Orders that are packed and shipped by me usually include a small freebie sticker sheet as a thank-you.
Freebie designs vary and may change over time. Print-on-demand items ship separately and do not include freebies.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact me as soon as possible at judy@judywinsor.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can usually update the address. Once an order has shipped, I’m unable to change the delivery address.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please email me at judy@judywinsor.com and I’ll help however I can.
Please note: orders shipped without tracking have limited visibility once they’re in transit.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If you place multiple orders close together, feel free to email me at judy@judywinsor.com and I’ll do my best to combine shipping when possible.
Because I process orders quickly, combining isn’t always possible—but I’m happy to check.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the nature of these products, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me—I’ll do my best to help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email photos of the damage to judy@judywinsor.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
If your order included shipping insurance, I can help file a claim when applicable.
Planner Sticker Tips
Do you have tips for removing or repositioning planner stickers?
Since my planner stickers are not removable, I recommend placing them carefully.
Tweezers can help with precise placement. If you haven’t fully pressed a sticker down yet, you may be able to gently lift it—but it can tear, so proceed with caution.
What pens or markers work best on your stickers?
Gel pens, oil-based ballpoint pens, and thin-tipped permanent markers or fineliners work best.
Avoid water-based markers, as they may smudge.
