When Cookies Crumble is a quiet, cozy mini comic about overwhelm, friendship, and figuring things out one crumb at a time. It’s for the people who try really hard, feel a lot, and sometimes just need someone to sit with them while they fall apart a little.

Cookie

Chocolate chunk. Cozy vibes. Just trying their best.

Cookie is a soft, slightly squishy little cookie with a bite taken out of them and a lot of feelings inside. They’re trying to figure out how to balance doing things with resting, how to feel okay with not being okay, and how to get better at asking for help.

They overthink things sometimes. But they’re always kind.

Calm heart. Steady hooves. Always makes tea.

Coco is Cookie’s best friend and a quietly wise presence. She doesn’t say much, but she always knows when someone needs a blanket, a snack, or a gentle nudge toward rest.

She’s great at listening, terrible at hurrying, and believes most problems feel a little smaller after sitting together in silence for a while.

She smells like cocoa and vanilla.

I made this for the younger version of myself that couldn’t articulate what I was feeling and experiencing. I hope it makes someone else feel a little less alone and a little less overwhelmed. You are NOT the only one.
