Custom Orders & Design Terms

This page explains how custom sticker requests work, what’s included, and what to expect. The goal is to keep things clear, fair, and low-stress for everyone.

Types of Custom Requests

I offer three levels of customization:

  • Simple: Custom colors or typed text on an existing design
  • Medium: Hand-drawn or script lettering, or anything requiring drawing
  • Complex: New artwork, layouts, or concept-based designs

Each level has different pricing, turnaround, and requirements.

Estimates & Pricing

Any pricing shown through my estimator is a ballpark estimate, not a final quote.

Final pricing may change based on scope, revisions, or special requests. Shipping and handling are not included in estimates.

I will always confirm pricing and next steps before starting any work.

Design Fees

Medium and complex custom requests require a design fee before work begins.

The design fee covers planning, drafting, and concept development, and is applied toward your final total.

Once design work has started, design fees are non-refundable.

Revisions

  • Simple requests: 1 revision included
  • Medium & complex requests: revision limits are outlined with your quote

A revision means small adjustments to the approved design. Larger changes or new directions may require additional design time and fees.

Scope Changes

If a request expands beyond simple edits (for example, adding new elements, changing the concept, or increasing complexity), it may be reclassified as a medium or complex custom project.

If that happens, I’ll let you know before continuing.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround depends on the type of request and my current workload.

Estimated timelines are shared before work begins. Rush requests may be available for an additional fee.

Communication

All custom order communication is handled via email to keep everything clear and documented.

I don’t offer phone or video consultations for custom requests.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because custom work is made specifically for you, custom orders are not refundable once work has begun.

If a project is cancelled before work starts, any payments made (excluding non-refundable design fees) will be refunded.

Agreement

By submitting a custom request, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
